Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your CBC Dispatch account and the personal information associated with it. You do not need to be signed in to make this request. If you are signed in, you can also do this from Settings.

What gets deleted

Your account record and the profile attached to it: your name, email address, phone number, role, and sign-in credentials. Deleting the account revokes access to the web app and the driver and warehouse mobile apps.

Personal content you contributed that is not part of a delivery record: saved preferences, draft entries, and any location coordinates that are not attached to a completed delivery event.

What we have to keep

Records of deliveries that were actually performed — the order, proof of delivery, inspection photos, and the related invoice — are business and financial records. We keep them to resolve claims and disputes and to satisfy tax and insurance requirements, generally for seven years. Where we can do so without breaking the record, we remove or mask the identifiers that link them back to you.

If we handled your delivery on behalf of another company, that company holds its own copy of the delivery record. We will pass your request along to them, but we cannot delete data from their systems.

How long it takes

We verify that the request came from the account owner, then complete it within 30 days. We will email you at the address on the account when it is done. If we cannot verify ownership we will contact you before deleting anything.
